        Yeah, cba is shite. Never got anything remotely worth anything.

        Ie. I only have a $120 credit with Amber after 6 months…. No Pls…

        I escalated it as a complaint. Got "we don't know how Yello works"..

        I left CBA are the worst for rate, fees, customer service and product.

        Nup, don't get nothing on the smart awards credit card. Well, a useless amber offer, but that's it. But more often than not, nothing.
        I sent these offers to CBA and asked why I don't get them.
        Card is trash.

          Ah my bad, you need a transaction account and use it at least 5 times to activate the Yellow offers. Once othe offers available, you can use either debit or credit card to make the transaction on the offer.

            @timhn: I have 2 offset accounts I do 30+ transactions a month with.

            CBA complaints said it's something to do with a "legacy system working with a new system, and no one knows how to make it functional".

            He said we are rubbish, just leave. Best customer service I ever had from CBA.

      Usually about a week in my experience. For this particular offer, my transaction was settled on 3 Feb and the cashback was paid on 8 Feb.

      They can't.

      I spent about $77 in store. At least 3 items were scripts, more than half the total, plus a few other things.

      Got the Cashback.
