Best Bargain you got on a boxing day?

I could only get a 99 cent iphone4 case.

Most prices at shops looked inflated and reduced.Anyone felt the same?

and did u manage any really good bargains?

    Had a look online, couldn't see anything fantastic. I'd say it's just become a standard "run of the mill" sale.

    Was going to buy a $175 bench mixer from good guys.. Nothing else excited me.

    Normally I go join the hoards at the Boxing Day sales, but I couldn't be bothered this year. You can pretty much get good sales all year long now. So nothing.

    I think the best deals were had in clothes shops, bins and bins of $5 and $10 shorts and shirts, that's all I picked up. The girlfriend got some nike shoes that were 50% off, but they have sales regularly, but the particular pair we were looking at hadn't been on sale until boxing day so that was nice!

    not a "bargain", but I got a Canon 6d on the day for $1979, beats JB boxing day sale of $2066.

    Agree that the sales were disappointing.

    Still managed to buy a few run of the mill discounted manchester and towels.

    My best buy was a 'simply red' raco cookset for $85 delivered from oo.com.au. it was on sale for $99, and i stacked it with free delivery ( boxing day only when paid with PayPal) and a $15 voucher that was sent to email subscribers (valid on $75+ sale).

      Lisss, Let us konw how you find the 'simply red' raco set - it's got good reviews. I also got the $15 voucher and used it to buy two things from oo. Would have considered this set too, if I realised I half needed it. Cheers

    Spent 3 hours wandering around my local shopping centre today and hardly saw anything worth getting. Best pick up was a 3 pack of boxer shorts for $7 bucks down from $15. Was looking for new running shoes but nothing good out there.

    I bought $74 bed sheet set(1000 count)from Target reduced from $148 - advertised on the front page of their catalog.
    What a disappointment.
    Quality is so bad! Do they produce those items just for Boxing Day to say "50% OFF"?
