Ordered 50 roses - none red; received yellow, pink and orange… contacted Harris Farm who said that the photos chosen are by Uber and that there’s nothing they can do.
Ordered 30x Red and was delivered mixed roses. I had selected refund if red is not available. Contacted Uber & got refunded

2 x 10 pink roses got delivered with a $14 price tag attached to each bunch. The wife thinks I put less than zero thought and effort into getting her flowers. Not happy.
Ordered a bunch of 10, got delivered and they were red which is good, but the condition of them was a bit poor - some had brown outer petals or brown tips of the petals. I wouldn't have chosen them if I was buying them in person, so that was disappointing.
Got 10 ones that ended up pink instead of red, they were also dead and yellow like they were packed 4 days ago when i ordered. Got a full refund but I still feel rorted.

Submitted a ticket on Friday and not a single response. I am lodging a chargeback if they don't respond today.
I did it through the app it was an automated process I didn't speak to someone. It made me take a pic of it.
I got no response when putting a dispute in via the app, so I've lodged a Paypal chargeback, failing that will be a bank chargeback. Lets see how it goes.
