    We actually got to meet some of the Telstra people that post here at a conference recently. Telstra (at the top end) seem quite interested in the future of Australia's digital world. In particular, customers assisting other customers like we do here or what they do on their Telstra 24/7.

    Not surprising that since Gerd Schenkel established a good rapport here with Ubank and now Executive Director at Telstra Digital, would be one of the masters of the new social media scene.
