Is there GST on the surcharge?
Not sure, I don't think so.
If the underlying product or service is taxable, the surcharge will also be subject to GST.
Therefore it ends up costing you 1.1% more…
Catch @ $89 might be cheaper especially if you have OnePass.
Mwave postage could be a killer if you don't have mVIP.
If you need to raise a warranty request after Catch shuts down, you have to deal directly with the manufacturer yourself.
