        Really? I’ve got 4 accounts and it still works.

        One of the app updates removed their images so they appeared as blank titles but they still worked/had their run times.

        Another app update fixed that and now they all look normal again.

        I’m using AUS/US accounts.

      Correct as long as you purchased them. Does not include the selected freebie member audiobooks.

        so only the audiobooks you've purchased at full price (not purchased using credits) and have downloaded are what you'll be able to see across mutiple accounts?

    I'm on my last month of same deal but still have the 3 credits available, just had a popup in the app offering another credit if I use the 3 credits I have. Cant complain though probably something that not many will benefit from. TLDR dont pay full audible price, when you cancel a membership they'll nearly always come back with a cheaper offer.

      I'm on the same boat, except 2 credits and 1 pending one.

      I can't think of any good books to listen to anymore. I got Freakenomics which I couldn't stand listening to, the guy sounded so annoying, and Think and Grow Rich, I regret wasting money on that one, read by your lecturer who couldn't give a rat's as.

      Standouts:

      • Cant hurt me. Very engaging from the start, wish there was a sequel but doesn't need one.

      • Extreme ownership. But the basic message is "you are responsible for everything around you"

      What does TLDR mean in your context? Google says: "Too Long Didn’t Read" but that doesn’t fit with:
      TLDR dont pay full audible price, when you cancel a membership they'll nearly always come back with a cheaper offer

      Does it mean something else to fit with that line that I am missing? As noted, genuine question.

    For anyone wondering what books to get, I'd highly recommend The Lord of the Rings (3 books) narrated by Andy Serkis.

    For sci-fi, Project Hail Mary, or The Martian by Andy Weir are both great.

      If you're a fan of the Aliens movies, Audible has produced three excellent "Original Dramas" - kind of like the radio plays they used to broadcast before TV came along, complete with voice actors and sound effects. It's like listening to a full TV series without the visuals.

      The full titles are Out of the Shadows, Sea of Sorrows, and River of Pain.

    The Amazon auto-fill payment defaults to an expired card, when I update the details the price automatically changes to $16 rather than $0.99. Very sneaky

    I’m new to audible, but it seems like every book I choose still has a $ value associated.

    Only 1 credit per month. I clearly didn’t get it this, but you basically only get 1 book a month, the rest are all paid for?

    Any help is appreciated.

      Yeah so your subscription gets you one free book credit per month, as well as access to a limited selection of free books in the Audible Plus catalogue. It's mostly junk but there's some decent stuff if you're willing to dig.

      The book you buy with your credit is yours to keep forever, the Audible Plus catalogue is only while your subscription is active (unless you just download them offline and decrypt them lol)

    Its not showing $1 but asks to pay 16.45 per month . Although it says 16.45 for 3 months.

      No, that' sounds like the $4.45 per month deal? i.e. "Come back and get $12 off for 3 months" offer (Automatically renews at AUD $16.45/month after 3 months. Cancel anytime).
      The OP Deal here is 0.99c per month i.e. "Save over 90% on Audible Premium Plus! Only $0.99 a month for the first 3 months"

      I believe deal is via targeted email?
      Reason: If I log into my account it only offers the $4.45 deal however if I click on the link provided on the email received, Subject: Sale on now: $0.99/month for first 3 months, only then does it show as $0.99c for three months.

    I'm also wondering what's stopping people signing up with multiple emails and gifting the primary account cheaper audiobooks for 3 months? Or getting a family member who may not be interested in them gift them to you.

      Nothing other than not all accounts get the $0.99 offer deal at the same time….but all do get it at some point.

      I do this, have multiple accounts and track titles on a Google sheet. They all have some kind of offer a few times a year, I haven't paid more than $0.99 for an audiobook for a long time.
