  you cant use the promo anymore, the coupon assigned to your acc expires on the 31st of december, and the game also has to be over $9.99 for coupon to work.

  In my opinion this is a deal with or without the coupon as price on steam is $15. Also this game got rated as game of the year on Zero Punctuation.
