    It was $1 once.

    • agree.

      I bought a 4gb stick on a sale for $1 - 2 years ago

this deal is cheap but not special

    • and really really slow.
      writes like 1mb/s

  • I got two of these from this deal when they were $1 each http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/84792.

Nothing special about them, just a cheap portable small storage option, that does the job.

  • They have a cage full of them at tweed HN if remember correctly.

  • I like the last line in the OP's description! :) That's a kind thought.

Cranbourne HN have the Toshiba 4Gb ones for $2 atm (limit of 5). Handy for small files and handing to friends without having to worry if it comes back or not. Just bloody terrible write speeds.

  • i got them for $1 ea back in november

  • Got it for $1 last time

  • Has anyone else bought them for a $1 in the past??

      Are you kidding?
Six posts before your question (rhetorical?) was posted all saying we had purchased them for $1.

      • What do you think?

        • I try not to.

  • I bought 2 when they were $1 and both have fucked up already.

  • These were this price at Bendigo on boxing day, there still at that price

    • its boxing day everyday at bendigo

  • I was just about to post it too. Pretty good price for a Brick and Mortar that you can return goods to if it stuffs up.

I'm happy about the size because I bought it just for my son in year 2. They never put anything large in it. And he already lost the last one I gave him. I know there are other flash drives with better performance or better value per gigabyte, but this one fits the ticket perfectly.
