My wife just came back from Safeway, Preston, Vic where she picked up a free 6pk of Sol Mexican beer with a white wine purchase. Not sure of the details of the deal, or whether this is at all outlets, but thought it was worth post.

    I went to Woolies twice yesterday and each time got a shop a docket rewards thing at the bottom of the receipt.

    BTW, agree that Sol is a rubbish beer. Barely any flavour, like drinking flat diluted beer.

    I grabbed this deal yesterday, thought it was great the lady let me substitute the sav blanc for a bottle of penfolds koonynga cab merlot.

    Still got way too much white wine from the Jacobs creek deal.
