Everyday Mobile Legacy Plan - Speed Issue?

Hey guys,

I am using this legacy $170/125GB mobile plan from Everyday Mobile which is no longer attainable. Recently I've begun to experience a noticeable drop in connection stability (ie. prolonged speed drops or repeatedly losing the internet completely over a short span of time). Wondering if this is their latest strategy to get rid of people still on the legacy plans. Anyone has experienced similar?

  • Does this happen everywhere you go? Have you been to other locations to test and confirm that it isn't just somewhere specific (Home/Work etc)?

    No noticeable issues in most areas of Sydney.

    Where are you normally located? Does it show 4g/5g at the top?

    I have noticed in Melbourne (though I'm using Boost) that ever since 3g got turned off, reception went to zero in most of the city loop and I can't even load a web page until I come back above ground, when it used to be perfect before that..

      Not the only one to notice a difference with 3G being switched and getting nothing. Happened a lot in Regional VIC.

  • If you confirm it is not a 3G or location issue, get the ombudsman involved.
