Receiving a Small Amount in Bank Transfer

Hello experts,

Maybe someone can help me find a solution? I need to get a small amount (even 1 cent) into my nab savings account to get higher interest rate, but my account is locked so i cannot transfer it myself.
I've just spent hours trying to find a solution that will be immediate (revolut says it'll only go through on the 28th) - sometimes there are companies that want to verify your account by transferring some cents, is there something like that in australia?

Revolut should be instant. Maybe it’s just giving an estimate?

  • My revolut account is european, not australian, maybe thats why it takes longer?

Go to a branch and deposit cash.

  • Im not in australia, and have no australian phone number. I guess that means there is no solution other than currency conversion. Thank you very much everyone who took their time to reply.

  • You can submit cash via an ATM as long you can provide a BSB and Account Number.

  • I am not in australia and not planning to be the next months, thats why my account is locked

Maybe that's for the better for everyone involved.

    • US account
    • European account
    • not in Australia
    • no Australian phone number
    • will not be in Australia for the foreseeable future
    • no locally verifiable ID
    • not even one single local friend or family member who can do this for them

Yes, definitely completely above board and legit.

    • And stalking us since "10/03/2016", should we be worried?

How much are the bikies offering you to launder money for them?

  • What's the problem with Revolut on the 28th?

The last banking day of March is Monday 31st so as long as your 1c arrives on the 28th you will get the interest.
