Seems to track for most in previous offer last week.

My tips:

  • Wait till it tracks before you pick up the order. You can cancel if it doesn't track.
  • Consider using the BWS website (& not the BWS app) as other cashback sites state cashback is not eligible via the BWS app.

    I wonder if Shopback has a problem with the Brave browser?

    When I looked at my click history in Shopback, I see lots of clicks recently, none of which resulted in cashback, I wonder if it started not recoding my hits when I changed to Brave!!

      Although ShopBack hasn't mentioned not to use Brave browser, it may have prevented tracking.

      Another site TopCashback states in the T&Cs not to use Brave browser as it may prevent tracking for cashback. Members have reported non-tracking with Brave browser.

      I would recommend to avoid Brave browser in your next cashback purchases. Hopefully your orders will track then.

      only trouble is, the bonus 100% cashback for the heineken silver bottle hasn't been done (adjusted) and because it is now confirmed I am not sure how they would adjust it……..pretty pissed off as I did the orders (over $50) and added this bottle to get the bonus 100% on that bottle. I have messaged @gotyourback to see if they can shed any light on this issue….others have said these deals are not being adjusted and to complain….but not sure where I complain to…..i.e. what email address…..can't put in as a missing cashback as it isn't missing

      • I was just talking in regards to the general deal 30%+5%. Did 5 seperate transactions, tracked paid and in my account now :)

      • I put in as incorrect cash back via online chat. Purchased was done on 5 April (over $50 and also added a bottle of Heineken Silver). I received an email as below:

        Thank you for your patience while we reviewed this.

        We're pleased to inform you that the correct Cashback for your purchase will be credited to your account as an Online Bonus Cashback within 14 working days from your purchase date.

        Please note that Cashback applies only to the order value, excluding GST, delivery fees, and any other additional charges.

        If your Cashback status remains unchanged after 14 working days, please don't hesitate to reply to this email.

        • I got a similar email last year for a Nike deal… and NOTHING!!!!!

      • Curious to see what happens… as mine tracked at $2.80, but the rest of the $75 I spent hasn't tracked at all.

          To Whom It May Concern,
          On March 28 I made a purchase at BWS through your promotional link.
          At the time, the promotion was marked as 30% cashback (with a $25 cap) + a Westpac 5% bonus ($20 cap), and concurrently running with your 100% Cashback on 1 Bottle of Heineken Silver 330mL with $50 spend.

          The purchase I made at the time with BWS totalled $80 (as per below), including the $5 bottle of Heineken.
          Could you please look into and rectify this cashback error, and/or get back to me if you require further information.

          I don't know, maybe it's just me and my High Distinction mathematics… But something doesn't quite add up here!!!

          For a starter, the Heineken Silver should've returned a further $2.20 on it's own, not to mention the 30% on the extra $75.
