Hi,
A few months ago, I attempted to purchase a BCF gift card through the Budget Direct Rewards app but was unable to do so. The email field was greyed out, and when I tried to submit the purchase, an error message stated that an email address was required.
I tried again today with a different gift card and encountered the same issue. I even deleted and reinstalled the app, but the problem persisted.
I also reached out to customer service, but the experience was dreadful.
Has anyone successfully used this platform?
No. I have not even attempted to download the app.
