A steal at this price, $70 less than the last ATL.
This model doesn't have the color screen or the thermostat, but its a fraction of the price.

have this, good price, but if i could buy again id go the dual basket with steam or without, when on sale
No monster hdmi cable?
Does it actually come with the internal temp probe?
- edit nvm just checked - the video shows the probe but that's in the $400s, the priced one is without the probe.
And wait is it the XXXL or XXL
no probe on this one. It says XXL in the title, XXXL in the description, so ¯_(ツ)_/¯
(HD9875/90) is XXXL

$30 for the probe. Cheapest probe this side of King's Cross
Whats the deal with the big difference in price then? Trying to see other differences…
Having bought this model 10 months ago and looking online before purchase - that is the only difference as per the manual, reviews and every other source.
Hence, I bought the probe from that same website bruce linked several months ago.
This airfryer even has the slot for the probe at the back etc.
@Tacosaurus Rex: If you reverse sear steak, get the probe. Then, be amazed that you just might have been cooking steak wrong for like ever.
And I am a Weber cremation expert.
The 'higher' model HD9880/90, comes with a food thermometer, and has a more modern menu navigation system on its display, featuring a more user-friendly interface and additional settings such as favourites, cooking history, and various preparation methods for different ingredients. However both models are WiFi connected using the HomeID app, so in essence the main difference you can't overcome with the app is lack of the food thermometer, which as others have mentioned can be purchased separately using Philips part number 642001002044 for $42.61 ($30.11 + $12.50 delivery)
It's the XXXL version, i bought this exact listing when it was $349.
Worth it for this price… I paid bit under ~$400 from memory… In terms of cooking it's great, much better than a cheap no name one I had previously. But the build quality and design is pretty average in my opinion. I absolutely hate the handle on the basket as it's longer than the height of the basket when you remove it from the drawer (handle can't be removed). This makes it a pain to wash in the sink (might be OK in a dishwasher I guess).
nice.
Does this have steamer function ?
I don't think it's fair to neg the deal just because a different brand is cheaper.
MG's are cheaper than Toyotas
Baccarat XD
Don't forget, they are "closing down" - Might be hard to deal with warranty issues vs Amazon, who are amazing with warranty issues…
I highly rate this Air fryer. I have one and it is amazing.
wifey got one (another brand) recently. They are very handy. It's kinda like having a grill but it cooks about as fast as a microwave. So, you want to cook/heat chips, pizza, garlic bread.. this will be much better than nuking it. And it will take a fraction of the time compared to a grill or oven.
Just checked and The Good Guys are matching the price with 'Price Beat' if anyone wanted to go that route.
Mine is order in only and doesn't have a price bwat
nice i got it too
Got a Philips XXL that is coming up to 5 years old. Still works but the mesh and basket is losing its non-stick layers. Worked out it’s $160+ to replace with genuine parts, so bit the bullet and ordered from this deal.
Figured $249 for a new warranty and parts is better than a 5 year old one that could fail anytime now.
Thanks, in a similar situation however hadn't researched the replacement cost. Will look at something new but did you happen to come across any alternative non genuine baskets?
Feels like a waste to throw out.
No, I didn’t find any third party replacements available for my HD9651.
Yes, it feels like a bit of a waste but it’s a bit of an “economical write off”.
So XXXXXXXXL it can't be delivered it to regional Victoria.
Is thius deal still live? showing 449 now.
looks like its over now :(
I've marked it as expired
Very good price. I got one in Jan for 460 with product care in HN.
