Hi Guys,

My relatives own this company in Singapore, and whilst on a visit to Australia I told them I would do a bit of advertising where I could. They run the VERY Successful watch business on eBay called Timeparadise and Watchub - with a combined feedback of more than 130,000 and 99.something feedback!!!! They just opened a website and their prices are cheaper than eBay BUT are even cheaper with this coupon they told me to tell my friends. So, here it is! Enjoy! I am not in direct contact so I can't pass on information, but I am sure there is a contact page on the website.

Also, I guess I am affiliated (even though not really) so I ticked the REP button. Enjoy.

$189 for the Seiko Orange Monster is quite a good price, but personally, I'm looking for the new model.

  • good price for a nighthawk too

while they aren't, their url www.cheapgenuinewatches.com just screams 'scam watch site' ;)

    • Hey SBOB,

Perhaps that's my fault - they also have the URL www.watchub.org - I guess I forgot to mention that. I don't think my uncle is a scam.

  • always good to have retailers like this around. I just bought an edifice. I called up the local retailer to see if they wanted my money but their RRP was $470 and I bought the same article for $110 on ebay through a power seller.

  • OP, do you know if they'd order in a different watch if they don't currently stock it? The one I'm after is in the same series as something they already sell, but they don't sell the specific model I'm after.

    • Hi Shadowsfury,

All I know that they just set up the website and there is heaps more stock coming. All of their products are on eBay which can be found here http://stores.ebay.com.au/Watchub - they are in the process of uploading it to the website. If the watch is on eBay, then contact them via the website to tell them you want to make a purchase and they will upload it. Based on what I am seeing, the prices are 10-20 dollars cheaper than eBay + you get 10 dollars off.

      I hope that helps.

  • I bought a Hamilton from Watchparadise a couple of years ago. Very reputable and no problems at all. I have been an eBay powerseller in the past and if you can setup and run your own site and attract enough volume to keep it going you can save on all of FeeBay's ridiculous charges. It doesnt surprise me at all that they could offer cheaper rates from their own site when they dont have to Pay a big chunk of their profit per sale to FeeBay and Paypal!

I would love a Seiko Tuna or Sumo or one of the other SARB's but, owing to a couple of project watches that are going to want their final installments soon (Magrette Professional and Hexa K500) my watch budget is looking pretty sparse at the minute. I will keep this in mind though!!

I was tempted to buy a Seiko until I started reading the negative feedbacks on timeparadise. I am having so much fun reading them. your uncle really like to curse his customers LOL.

100% agree. Uncle has spirit. My favorite is

'May all your teeth fall off except 1 so you'll remember me with a toothache'

      Bulk respect
