So signed up when Deal posted in wk1.
We found that week's Reward did not appear. But subsequent ones did.So added an account as expected others might want to know😉

Midland, WA store staff told me the owner thinks it’s buy 1, get 1 free and they’re waiting for clarification from head office which is in Brisbane. So they didn’t even offer to give it to me. Not sure what being is Bris has to do with anything.
Sounds like a great story to never have to give away any freebies, me thinks.You don't even have to ask. No need for store to confirm offer. Scanning your card in app should pull up this offer on their system.

Head office could be anywhere, 4220K away in Brisbane or next door - it doesn't matter (its just a handy excuse).
At many franchise operations, offers by head office are not communicated to franchisees.
So first person to claim at a store - may experience that issue.[Got a free meal last week at a different food chain. My signup offer showed I should get it free, franchisee agreed, but computer said NO! Luckily got it free. Store took photo of my app & will claim back from head office.]

Donut King has 2 types of stores / businesses.
One group of franchisees is controlled by head office honouring offers, others (usually older stores) are independent & do not honour these offers.My local store, Carindale in Brisbane - was a grumpy independent refusing to honour.
Few months ago changed ownership, now honouring these offers. New friendly staff😊
Next store 6k away has honoured every time.To get 1 free…
