Our dog stays at the Heathcote Hanrob two to three times a year. Always great service and a happy and healthy dog.
We took our cats to board at Hanrob once, and never will again. The staff were rude when we simply asked for a photo of them while we were away, they were rude when we picked them up and asked how they had been. The cats also came back home very stressed out (much more than they have when they have boarded elsewhere, for example Balmain Cat Boarding is legendary).
Probably fine for boarding dogs, but I wouldn't take your cats there. Stick to someone who can provide home visits.
