  • Sorry guys for couple of broken links in the website. It has been fixed now.

  • I don't want to be a debbie-downer, but be careful with "opening" sale discounts. ACCC can go after businesses:

    https://hwlebsworth.com.au/businesses-must-be-careful-when-a…
    https://www.lexology.com/library/detail.aspx?g=bf77295e-1949…
    i.e:
"The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) provides guidance on the use of "was/now" pricing to ensure that such advertising is not misleading to consumers. Specifically, the ACCC advises that when businesses display a discounted price alongside a previous higher price (e.g., "was $100, now $70"), the higher "was" price should reflect a price at which the product was genuinely offered for sale for a reasonable period immediately before the sale."

I had a friend who had some success on the opening of his dropshipping store online, but then had a run in with the ACCC due to the above.

    • Thanks for your inputs. I appreciate it.The price slashed was the market price that we could sell with a reasonable profit (potential future price) and also mostly aligns with prices of other comparable sellers. The current price that we are selling is almost with no margin since we want to promote our store. My apologies if this is misleading. I have updated the same now. Also, this is not drop shipping. Whilst I get raw materials to make the order, I do the printing and customisation.. I will add some details around it in our "About" section.

  • For your "Custom Double Wall Insulated Cup/Bottle", the photo showing dimensions must surely be wrong. It may be 23.1 cm tall, but unless your photo is severely distorted, I doubt it's "20.1cm" across the top.

As well as the dimensions, it would also be useful to list the drink volume it can hold, preferably in millilitres.

Thanks for the feedback. The dimension of the bottle is 20.8 cm x 7.4 cm (updated). The print size is 20.5cm x 23.6cm (fully wrapped). Added the volume in the title.

  • Looks like the delivery charge for a single item is $11.99, this is the price I was shown in checkout.

I checked the price for only a keyring, then for only a mug. Both had the same delivery charge.

Yes, for now we are planning to use Australia Post as our carrier, so the parcel rate with them starts at $11.30. But we will cover it as part of our freeshipping for orders above $59.99. Happy to offer custom quote for bulk orders as well.
