Seems to be the ATL? Missed out on a good price for the Lark M2 (lighter weight) according to camels

A wireless mic set comparable to the DJI Mic 2 (from what I've read briefly) although a little more budget friendly (especially at this price).

Works out of the box with cameras with the included 3.5mm-TRS-to-TRS cable and also with devices with a standard 3.5mm jack with the included 3.5mm-TRS-to-TRRS cable. You will need to purchase a 3.5mm-TRS-to-lightning cable to connect to older iPhone/iPad models or a 3.5mm-TRS-to-Type-C cable for Android phones or newer iPhone/iPad models. (adapted from the product description)

The 1TX + 1RX set is also available for $53. The best value if you only need to record your own audio, but comes with no charging case.

  • Wow I paid $165 2 years ago

My set still sitting sealed on my shelf… life been crazy. Blinked and it’s already many years passed.

    • I wonder if they are clearing out the older stock before release of a newer model.. time goes fast

      • well it had already been out for some time before i posted it even back then - so im surprised there hasnt been a clearance sooner as i believe there is already a new model for a while too (i havent been watching the market since then)

  • Can this output to a speaker using the 3.5mm jack? Or is it usb-c only?
So it becomes like a loud speaker?

    • Can't see why not. Will only be at mic level though so will need a preamp.

      • Thanks, so the volume will be too soft without a pre-amp?

        • Yes, unless the speaker has a mic input, then it's handled by the speaker's circuitry.

  • -1

Tempting, but a skip for me until it's the M2

  • nice form factor for sure and good price. 16bit, ok for speech but most are 24/32 now.

  • Used this recently overseas with Gopro - it is decent enough and clear for walking around/vlog. Would recommend.

    • Is this with Media mod?

      • Yeah, unfortunately.

  • +1

Thanks, going to give it a go. Been using some very old Rode ones for years, needed a replacement.

  • Does it have a mute switch/toggle?

  • Does it output the audio from each mic on a separate channel? I.e. first lav on left channel, second lav on right channel?

    • Yes, that's how it works. Only issue is forgetting to center in editing when only using one mic
