  Orange Flex doesn't work in the UK or Switzerland, only in the EU roaming zone. You can use it on the German side of the border and it's free (1PLN) for 20GB of roaming on the first month. Cancel it as soon as you arrive, it'll stay active for the rest of the billing month.

  My vote for Switzerland is for a Nomad Europe esim if you can't get to France or Italy, otherwise I'd get an Free or Iliad/TIM sim card from a simbox. It's $20USD for 20GB, isn't tunneling to Singapore or Hong Kong unlike some other brands, and fairly painless to setup. German and Swiss telecos are neither cheap, nor consumer friendly.
