Terms & Conditions

During this bonus cashback promotion, members of TopCashback are able to receive an additional $2 cashback when the below Terms & Conditions are met.

Note: the $2 bonus cashback will not show in your TopCashback account until your order tracks to your TopCashback account (up to 7 days).

  1. To participate in the $2 bonus cashback promotion, you must first be a member of TopCashback.com.au and must activate the offer prior to making a single eligible transaction of $2 or more through one of our retailers.
  2. After activation, transaction must be made between 02:00 and 23:59 AEST (16/04/2025).
  3. For this bonus cashback promotion, cashback is eligible at any retailer advertised on TopCashbackAU provided the terms for that retailer are adhered to. Familiarise yourself with the terms of the retailers prior to purchase. Use of any codes that are not listed on TopCashback will invalidate the offer.
  4. Your order must be made in a single transaction and may contain more than one item, but the order total must be at least $2 (inclusive of GST, and excluding shipping). Some retailers report orders excluding GST so the amount shown in your TopCashback account may be less than $2 (this is ok). Multiple items in an order may report as separate items in your account for retailers such as Amazon & eBay (this is ok).
  5. The bonus cashback will show as a separate entry in your TopCashback account once your order tracks, and will be payable once your order is payable. Tracking is not instant and may take up to 7 days to report.
  6. The bonus cashback is over and above any retailers' advertised cashback rates.
  7. Tell-a-Friend, sign-up bonuses, free cashback retailers and new member deals will not count as a purchase towards the bonus cashback.
  8. Only one TopCashback.com.au account per person is allowed, and bonus cashback is limited to one per TopCashback member.
  9. The bonus cashback may not automatically apply to purchases where a missing cashback claim needs to be lodged. If this is the case and your claim is successful, you may need to raise a separate support ticket to be awarded the bonus. Do not lodge a missing cashback claim until at least 7 days have passed.
  10. TopCashback will not be held responsible for any technical failure or otherwise which prevents participation in this promotion.
  11. Where a contradiction exists between the offer terms & conditions and TopCashback terms & conditions, the offer terms & conditions take precedence until the offer expires.
  12. Any fraudulent activity will result in rewards being forfeited and accounts closed.

      Hi and thanks for posting. That’s correct. I’ve just been made aware of this by the UK team. They scrambled to put together the bonus as good will for the oversight in sending a future newsletter in error. Not ideal, but every cloud has a silver lining ☺️

      A small glitch with the bonus however. Once you activate and click ‘Continue shopping’, you may receive a ‘Page not found’ error. This does not affect the bonus. Simply click ‘homepage’ and continue to shop as normal. The bonus will show in your earnings page once your purchase tracks.

      The bonus is not targeted and is available to all TCB members.

        Unfortunately it seems CWH has disappeared from all cashback sites. You can still buy gift cards and use Shopback Pay but it seems they are no longer offering cashback for online purchases.

      Lyca Mobile's $7.50 10GB plan with $8 cashback + $2 bonus is also an option, but they have a convoluted activation process that might confuse or frustrate a lot of people.

          Yep, that too.

          There's 2 settings when you sign into their account portal, auto renew and auto recharge.

          Make sure both are off, because from my experience, the first one in the list is off and the other one is on.

          Make sure to save the SMS received after toggling this setting, along with the timestamps of when it was received, as insurance.

            @Bdawg: Mates is a postpaid plan, not prepaid.

            With the other mobile plan Lyca, it is prepaid. However a few people didn't receive the SIM cards last year and had to cancel.

    $2 bonus CB + 25cents CB. Onepass used for free delivery. = 54cents delivered.
    Both CBs tracked instantly.

          Has your order tracked? AliExpress usually tracks within 1.5 hours. If it works, the $2 bonus will be there too. (I haven't shopped yet).

      From my experience, AliExpress might track your purchase and base the 16% cashback on the pretax price.
      You may have screwed yourself by not spending over $2 base price (you might have also paid a postage fee for not spending $15+).

      Hopefully it will work out for you.

    Just checking if anyone had an experience with Lyca mobile…
    I found there activation process to be a bit unconventional but do-able/acceptable…I received the cashback from the last transaction from November 2024 in March (I ported out after 1 month with no dramas)… If I make a Transaction now with the same email and port the same number..would I be consider a new User?…given I have the cashback from them in my TCB account from the previous transaction..

      Okay after fretting for twenty minutes this morning over the $2.40 cashback. I just checked the US markets and I'm pretty sure I've lost a lot more than $2.40 overnight. I can't believe I'm saying this, but it's got to stop, it's just too much winning.
