  No amount of discounts could convince me to go with an Ecovacs Deebot again. So many issues and their warranty process absolutely sucks.

    What particular issues did you have? I emailed support and had no issues returning the station. My biggest gripe is the very limited warranty on consumables.

      One thing about ecovac they will not bother to improve their current software. My T9 everytime someone close a door during routine cleaning it will create new map or will refuse to go to that close room until you turn off and turn on the robot..

  Avoid. Many issues with app, losing map data, price of accessories and privacy/data policies and known exploits.

  as per everyone else - got this model - seems to randomly lose the maps, sometimes doesnt know where it is, according to the app its in a different room to where it is, tries to go through walls as a result. also find the mopping less than impressive. Hot wash mop, just means the mop pads are washed in hot water, not that it has hot water on board to mop your floors. Its only the dampness of the mop pads that provide water for mopping, so they dry out pretty quick.
  also has an infuriating habit of washing the mop pads when you want to start/finish/change an action or cleaning process, so you have to wait several minutes and come back to the app. theres no way to manually override it, even if its literally just finished washing its pads.

  I had the t20 version of this bot, it’s constantly get lost and it’s start creaking after 3 day uses. Base on that experience i don’t recommend this brand.
