My tips:
- Wait till it tracks before you pick up the order. You can cancel if it doesn't track.
- Based on previous feedback, pick up orders can only be placed at some BWS stores during opening hours.
Cashback is ineligible on the following:
- Champagne, Penfolds, non-alcoholic products (sparkling wine & non-alcoholic beer are eligible).
- Orders paid partially or in full with Everyday Rewards dollars.
- Purchase of gift cards or use of gift cards for full or partial payment.
- Purchases using coupon codes not listed on Cashrewards.
- Purchases via the merchant's mobile app.
- Purchase that are cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.
- GST, other taxes and delivery fees.
- Fraudulent transactions.
- Purchases using any type of discount which lowers price advertised on the Merchant site, including but not limited to employee discounts, student discounts and price-matching.
None of my last three tracked, despite following all the rules and recommendations. I know this is not CR’s fault, but it gets to the point where it is not worth the bother of keeping track of the claims I have to raise.
