  • Just in time for after Easter celebrations

  • Any reviews about the wines
Have they ever sold for the RRP or close to it ?

These are leftover sheer drop wines from last sale on OzB, going for 12 bottles $69 + delivery. Not sure on quality but they are quite aged from 2008 so probably at end of life

All dribnking well. Our pick is th shiraz!

        • What does that mean? Typically they have the range 'drink between' if there's any suggestion with the Shiraz it would be awesome

Are you drinking some while commenting? :)

        • of course you'd say that
you wouldn't be saying that they're past their best, not good drinking etc

    • Got some 2008ish sheer drop Shiraz, CS, Chardonnay and Riesling thrown in with the Green Beacon deal.

The whites are both excellent - my favourite aged wines are Rieslings, and these are a real surprise.

      • Glad to hear! Aged riesling is a winner!

        • Are the rieslings sweet or dry ?

  • Some of the beers I like are still quite expensive. I'll wait a bit.

      Ok no worries.

The prices are good it's just the freight that keeps killing these deals for me.

    • Sorry mate. We do our best toi keep it to a minimum. We literally make no money on fright :(

      • +2

You shouldn't be making any money on freight!

  • Just wondering who your delivery partner is here in NSW. Keen to order but there's a few courier companies I have had very bad experiences with.

Depends on where it's going. Either Australia Post or Couriers Please.

    Cheers

  • What's the Insel Meerjungfrau Natursauer like?

  • Gonna reference those tasting notes next time someone tells me that VB is “bogan” or “classless”

Think you might have added an extra zero on that Sheer Drop RRP - $300: my ring!

Thanks@Theophilus Whistler - last sale price available before the winery went under was $25 a bottle. Cheers

  • Rolled the dice on the shiraz. Hopefully it's not not vinegar.

Most of the beers on the sale page are out of stock, but managed to find a cheap slab after a bit of hunting.

    • Really enjoying the shiraz! This was a great buy.

  • Their website is painfully borked.

  • @Jumpadoo. Hi OP, I ordered wine from you guys. However, CouriersPlease marked my delivery as Damaged Parcel/Shipment. Can i know where should i go form here?

    • This is rather disappointing as I was really looking forward to try out the wine. Is it possible that i get a replacement shipped to me?
