Thanks OP! I narrowed the "Promotion code not applied" issue down to the fact that the code won't work if you are logged in user. So, log out, apply the code, then log in when prompted for contact details, then pay. Worked for me in Incognito, but should probably work in normal mode as well.
It works when I am logged in
I found that it wouldn't work when I had a cashrewards cookie, because you don't get cashback when you use a code (though it should just not track instead of stopping you use the code)
I tried clearing cookies and cache, Incognito mode - nothing worked until I logged out. Probably different reasons for everyone, I hope we both helped others with our ways. Cheers
