Price should be in the title, not just the discount amount as well as shipping costs if possible.

See this previous post for an example.

Thanks, but $20 shipping to Perth kills the deal. International Beer Shop will keep my business for now ;-)

"We guarantee that you to find a better deal on a mixed 12 pack of Australian Craft Beer at any bottle shop."

    You guarantee to what?

        Hey Mate,

We have put the challenge out there before and nobody has managed to beat us in finding a better deal on a mixed 12 pack of Australian Craft Beer.

If you can find a better deal on a mixed 12 pack of Australian Craft Beer including delivery then we will send you a pack out for free!

        Cheers,

        The Beer Boys

        • But the deal you are offering does not include delivery? Huh?

  • +6

Delivery to eastern states is $9.95, so even with the $15 off it's $45 for a mixed 12 of beer. Not a bargain!

    • +2

This is craft bear we are talking about here, try and find cheaper.

  • +2

$12.50 to Strathpine(QLD) meh, almost the entire discount.

  • +2

Likewise. Actually pretty interested in trying a few of these packs but can't justify regular price or even the discounted price once you add in shipping. Will have to keep supping Rogers in the hot FNQ sun until someone somewhere finds an economical way of getting some quality piss to me.

Que regular vs craft beer pricing arguments.

Good price for a niche pack. I know where you live, pickup should be avaliable.

    • They've said in past they don't offer pickup…

      • I know that, jv. If they're running out of the same set up they used to, they are about 5 mins drive away from where I live.

That's why I said it should be avaliable, not that it is…

        • +3

Perhaps substitute 'should' with 'ought to'.

        • @Jaxson010, by the looks of things, you've been owned by a member of, http://grammarpolice.com/
@octagonalman, take the member directly to prism for bad grammar in an ozbargain comment. FTP!

        • +1

          Yes, go straight to prism…

        • Octagonal(Man) Prism that is… ;)

  • Yes for some of these beers, the names are better then the actual beers,
(yes I'm looking at you Burleigh, Mclaren, Elfy & Sightings).

The problem is that a lot of craft beer tastes like cr-p.

That's why its craft beer, there isn't enough interest to scale up production.

    • -1

a lot of craft beer tastes like cr-p.

I had a Red Hill Christmas Ale a couple of days ago… Definitely wasn't cr-p….

      • One beer isn't "lots" he's right there are some local "craft beer" which are a lot more miss then hit, and bloody exe

Of course if the Gov would lower taxes on small craft beers…
