These are really good chips but at the normal price of $5-6 a bag they are robbery, $3.59 each its something I can tolerate.

Worth noting chemist warehouse has them for 3.59 per bag sold individually, amazon is a bit cheaper for ranch and chilli flavour with S&S ($3.23125 per bag)

You need a head check if you think Albanese has anything to do with this

  • How empty are the bags though! Often the chips are crushed

    Nacho Cheese Chips $28.72

    Not mine…

  • this one taste good

$28.72 for 256 grams of chips. I'd prefer to go with a $3.30 bag of Doritos from Amazon or $2.50 from supermarket when on sale, and get my protein from other sources.

    • I think I'd rather just make baked cheese chips.

These quest chips are nice but they are always beat to heck and it's like 10 extra ingredients over cheese and spices.

Yeah that's nearly $120 per kilo, you can get some very good steak for less than half of that! And before anyone mentions steak is not a convenient snack, you can cook it up in 4 minutes and cut it up into bite size portions. Much cheaper, much healthier and much tastier I reckon.

I've done this a few times where I've cooked a steak and wrapped it in alfoil to eat later.

Problem is it makes everything smell like delicious steak

  • Me: but I eat lots of nacho cheese chips… mission brand, cc, Doritos - I just can’t lose weight

    My misso: the quest ones?

    Uh oh

  • Protein tax ain’t worth paying. If I’m gonna have a treat, I’ll have a treat. Macros be damned.

  • I find these chips are incredibly fragile.

You just have to look at one the wrong way and it disintegrates into a million pieces, let alone trying to dip one.

They also go quite soggy when trying to make keto nachos with them, even with a relatively dry additive package. Certainly nothing like normal corn chips.

They are a good idea and taste good, just poorly executed structurally and massively expensive.

So expensive these chips even on sale lol

  • Cost per 10g protein: ~$2
