With all that unnecessary fillers, I’d pass.
Can anyone comment on the flavours between Quest and Muscle Nation which one do you prefer?
I prefer anything with white choc, and caramel. I highly recommend to buy at least 3 different flavours so you don't fatigue your taste buds.
Personal opinion only:
Muscle Nation edges Quest a bit on most flavours, but where it really shines is texture.
Quest bars while not the worst, can be dry and sometimes 'cardboardy', as most protein bars are.
Muscle Nation bars are actually enjoyable, and if have a mix of the two brands in my drawer, I find myself reaching for the Muscle Nation ones first.
Edit: Just wanted to add, it's not just Muscle Nation's custard bars, but across their whole range.
Those muscle nation bars have a hectic list of ingredients, can anyone who's tried them tell me if they're any good?
