  Is there any way to get an assistant on these (chatgpt, google assistant etc) or are they all locked out because of the sanctions?

    They run HarmonyOS, which as no support for Wear/etc apps. Only apps specifically designed for them can be used.
    They will integrate with Android phones (not sure about iPhone?) so you'll still get things like notifications from apps on your phone, and in many cases the ability to reply/etc - just no way to run the app itself on the phone unless it's in the HarmonyOS store.

    I haven't tested it but there is a 3rd party app that syncs from the Huawei Health app, it is called Health Sync.

      havent tried with strava but have used Health Sync for everything else with no issues for a number if years now. If Health Sync claims to suppotrt strava, i would beleive it.

  Apparently the Watch Fit 3 has really good HR monitoring, but the sleep tracking is no better than a toy smart watch.
