  We were about to replace our 10+ year old 743L Mitsubishi with a Hitachi (Mitsu's been great, missus is just worried about it failing and then the kerfuffle of no fridge) then this comes along… Don't really need an air purifier though

    Not much which can go wrong with a fridge at 10+ years - especially from a brand like Mitsubishi. Personally I'd just keep it for at least another 10-20 years

      Yeah I'm happy to keep using it, even through the quirks its showing. The missus plans to move it to the alfresco as an outside fridge… shrugs She doesnt just want to be left in the lurch. First world problem though!

  I want a Mitsi fridge but they're so dang expensive, really don't think I could justify one. Give us a discount instead ya scrooges!!

    They had a trade in deal recently which took the 700L one to under $4k at HN, and I see from a previous post these came down to ~$3500 late last year. It's a lot of fridge for the money.
