    Not the best reviews on Amazon:

    • It had read a detailed online review, translated from German, about the INUI P50 Ultra Compact power charger. The reviewer noted that this power bank only provides 45W of power for a maximum of 10-minutes and then it drops down to 30W of power. A review of another model of an INUI power bank noted that the percentage charge level displayed was "wildly inaccurate".
    • Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that it does not trigger Super Fast Charging 2.0 on my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, despite using the included cable as well as other cables I had on hand. In fact, it often fails to activate any form of superfast charging at all. This could be a faulty unit, or it may simply be that the manufacturer did not thoroughly test the device with all compatible devices. Overall, it’s been a frustrating experience.

    You can't somehow miniaturise lithium ion batteries.

    If its small, it hasn't got much capacity.

    • Tech does improve eventually.

      The capacity is legit: https://www.smartzone.de/iniu-p50-e1-im-test-mini-powerbank-…

      Edit: Machine translated
      According to the manufacturer, the INIU P50-E1 Mini Powerbank offers 10,000 mAh and 36 Wh. According to my tests, I was able to determine the following values:

      • 31.5Wh at 15V 3A (45W) -> 88%
      • 31.78Wh at 15V 2A (30W) -> 88%
      • 32.80Wh at 9V 2.22A (20W) -> 91%

      Values above 80% are good and common, values above 90% are excellent. Whether under high or low load, the INIU power bank works extremely efficiently. And despite the small size, there is absolutely no compromise on capacity – quite the opposite. The model even stands out positively among the 10,000 mAh power banks.
      The only compromises have to be made in terms of maximum power. The power bank could only output 45 watts for 10-15 minutes. This was followed by a throttling to 30 watts, which can be called up constantly until the end of the charge. This means that the power bank can be used to a limited extent for smaller laptops, but ideally it is used for smartphones and tablets.

        Tech does improve eventually.

        The point still stands. You can't somehow miniaturise lithium ion batteries

        Compared to the old 10,000mAh Xiaomi powerbank from around 2017, this is only ~6% smaller by volume.

        And looking at a teardown of the old powerbank the old cells only took up ~67% of the top-down view. If we are being generous and assume they take up 90% of the height, that's still only ~60% of the total volume taken up by the cells.

        That means that even despite the cells not miniaturising, 8 years of tech and case design improvements have only shrunk the rest down by ~10%.

        Kinda expected more tbh, that's a little disappointing. I get that there's only so much they can shave off, but the old powerboard and internal design looks quite space-inefficient. And if they're going to tout the product as "ultra small" I'd like to see some radical design choices over every other powerbank of the last 10 years to make it so. Strip it down to the cells, a paper-thin shell, and a chip no bigger than a 5c coin that only charges at low speed using an external usb-c port on a cable, and then call it 'ultra small'

        • It's also a lot lighter if that helps.

          It’s 45W comparing to the old 18W Xiaomi. Much better circuits, more heat sinks, need batteries that can sustain higher discharge rate.

          The lightest and smallest one right now is Nitecore NB10000 which is only 10g lighter, a lot more expensive with carbon fibre materials and only 20W.

    • It looks like it can fit 2 x 5000mah 21700 battery inside, ‎8.36 x 5.31 x 2.54 cm. The weight seems too light, 100g. I just weighed one of my 21700 5000mah battery and it weighs over 68g. So it should weight 136g + circuit + housing weight.

  • ordered this when i saw it,
    can vouch super fast charging works, on galaxy tab s9
    and s24 ultra.
    also fast recharge works.
    not bad in my eyes

    Are they the world's biggest hands?

  • Wow, the Germany site is good find, I am the market for powerbank, looking for Anker 737 or anker prime 27650mah, is there anywhere professional review similar to your Germany website?

    • No idea, just Google a review and see what pops up.

      Anker power banks are quite popular so I would expect some proper reviews on them.
