Do you think this will be better than Ghost of Tsushima? I found GoT to be very polished, but overall quite boring and repetitive.
I don't expect this one to be hugely different, and likely will still be alot of repetitive missions again. However, most games do have repetitive missions, especially open World ones.

2nd gameplay was much easier, fully upgraded, beat him in the 5th attempt I think. Hope you get better so you can finish it, so worth it.
in terms of vibe / soundtrack / true Japanese culture immersion (temples, shrines), Sekiro is the GOAT samurai game

I usually pre-order when I know stock won't be guaranteed on release date (ie. limited/collectors edition or high demand items).
Also I only pre-order from EB Games, since they only take a small deposit which you can cancel (and get a full refund) if you decide not to buy it.
I’ve won the lottery a few times preordering on Amazon where there was a very very temporary price drop, like an hour, where for example a collectors edition was priced the same as the standard edition. As Amazon charges the lowest price, I’ve at times saved like $50 on those editions when this has happened. Not super common, but it’s happened more than once too.
I’m ok preordering at Amazon as they don’t charge ant the time of order and I can cancel anyway if there isnt a price drop without needing to contact anyone.
So to that end I don’t see a good reason not to preorder if theres a good chance I’ll get the game day 1 anyway.

They price match. The JB store needs to be in the same shopping centre or nearby. However they won't price match an online store. And also however i'm not sure if they price match a pre-order, probably not. As this is a pre-order item at the moment.
