Does anyone know if TGG will honour a bonus offer that comes in a few weeks after the purchase of an item? I've heard that JB does this sometimes. Missed out on a few bonuses with something I purchased when I could have waited. It's large, so returning it is a bit of a hassle but it is unopened and unused.
Unfortunately did not purchase the Gold extras.
You don't get price protection then. I got a good in-store discount on a fridge ($2,600->$1,950) and a day later JB HiFi had it for $1699 on a one-day special sale. Sent a request and they gave me $300 store voucher same day which covered the $220 Gold Service fee with 5 year replacement and then some. Well worth it.
