My boost deal expires in a week and I just ported to ALDI.
I'm looking at porting back to boost to get a new user $50 cashback. How do they know it's a new user? Is it at the time of activating the sim or purchasing the sim? Is it recommended to wait a few days or just place the order as soon as ALDI activates? The ALDI Sim is only 7 days and who knows how long it takes to arrive via post.
That was my plan but forgot the fact that it needs to be sent out. Wasnt sure if I buy the sim today and hope it arrives within the week, or go without phone for a few days. Or if I have to wait till they remove me from their systems or something similar

Switched over a couple days ago. Boost >telstra $2 sim>boost all in about 3hrs. There's a forum thread about it

I did the same got a cheap $230 pack from cellpoint. I was on aldi for maybe a few weeks before I changed back, but I've read some comments on here that some people are basically changing back almost the same day.
