  • Top quality Pinot

  • Ordered. Lovely stuff.

  • I had this one open last night - it's a decent, easy-drinking Pinot for the price. Nothing standout, but it does the job for a casual night in. Probably wouldn't serve it at a dinner party, but I'd happily pickup another case in the near future.

@scoaus Thanks for the honest feedback — fair call! It’s very much an everyday Pinot at a value price point. Lighter, easy-drinking, perfect for midweek. I’ll be opening one myself tonight with cassoulet at home. Cheers! RD :-)

    • What would a standout/dinner party worthy pinot noir taste like compared to this one? Any examples? I don't know much about pinot noir except I like the lighter flavour.

@kiitos Great question — Pinot’s a fascinating grape with a big quality (and price!) range. This one is a lighter, fruit-forward style — soft tannins, easy drinking. A standout/dinner party Pinot might have more complexity. You’ll often find that in Australian regions like Tasmania, Mornington Peninsula, or top Yarra producers — but those usually start around $35–$50+. This one’s more about honest, midweek enjoyment without the price tag. Cheers for the comment! RD :-)

        • Oh crap.. just ordered this and hope you can assist.

Just realised it had our old address in the shopify app.

Hoping you can assist in rectifying this.

I’m sure the new people at our old address would love so,e free wine, but I’m not in a position to be this generous. Especially I ordered 1 dozen of these.

          • @FredAstair: @FredAstair
Can you please DM me the order number?

            • @RD ADL: Wow. Thank you so much for this.

Just sent you a message with the order number.

              • @FredAstair: Just chevked.
The message I sent isn’t there now.

Did you get the order number I sent?

                • @FredAstair: Apologies for the slow reply. Yes did it last night for you about 10pm when I got home. I’d been on the reds so probably missed the step of letting you know. Apologies. :-))

                  • @RD ADL: Omg… didn’t expect you to do this so late.

                    Mucho gracious

                    • @FredAstair: All good. It’s my pleasure:-)

  • Thanks. Grabbed a dozen.

  • says subscribe and get 20% off for the first order but I haven't received any code?

    • @louuisc Thanks for flagging that! The 20% welcome code applies to full-priced wines only and doesn’t stack with already discounted deals like this one. But you’re still getting a sharp price here — better than the subscriber offer. Cheers! RD :-)

  • Any more???.

    • @droodle Thanks for checking — that one’s now sold out unfortunately. We only had a set number of cases and they went quicker than expected! We’ll have a new offer later this week, but in the meantime you can still use the code at www.wineshedsale.com.au on any product sitewide. Cheers! RD :-)

    • @droodle We had two pallets allocated for an airline, I've taken that allocation off, so it is now back live. Cheers! RD :-)

      • thanks .. will order some then - cheers :)

        • Thanks for your patience. Enjoy :-)

      • Thanks, have placed an order too!

  • I bought a 12 bottles, but Pinot Noir turns out to be not my type. Can I return 6-pack?

Or anyone near Burwood Melbourne wants it, I'm happy to deliver for the same price.

    • +1

@louuisc thanks for giving it a go! Pinot can definitely be a bit polarising, especially if you're more into fuller-bodied reds.

If you’re not happy with the wine, feel free to drop us a line at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to help. We want everyone to be happy with their purchase — even if Pinot isn’t your thing. Cheers! RD :-)

  • Is this still available for $75? I'm seeing $100 and OLDVINE removes shipping costs, but still 100

    • +1

Thanks @svenson for the pick-up I've changed it back to the deal price at $75. Cheers! RD :-)

      • Many thanks. Appreciate the responsiveness! Looking forward to tilting a glass or two!

        • +1

Our pleasue - enjoy the weekend! RD :-)

  • I’m sold.

If I was to try and buy somethiNg comparable to this at my local liquor store it would be nearly double this price.

    Cheers.
