I like that this has been described as going back to what the earlier AC games were all about, and less sandbox RPG style. The setting looks really interesting too.
Same - Origins / Egypt was grear but Odyssey, while amazing to visit early Greece, was very long. Valhalla is a daunting length. AC2, 4 & 5 are great to revisit. So it's nice to have a compact one again ahead of Shadows.
For me this was a perfect length. I'm over super-long open world games, finished this but gave up on Shadows

Currently playing this one, and whilst it's not going to be the saga that Valhalla or Origins are, I'm quite enjoying it.
There are some glaring bugs, particularly when doing a pickpocketing spree, you notice that the flow of pedestrian traffic is looping at the bridges, but that's a minor gripe for the amount of detail that has been put into the game.
That's one of the things I really like about the AC games, is that they also educate the player on the customs and ways of the times, this time in Baghdad, whilst going through the environment. For me anyway, it is one of the strengths of the AC games.
They are generally speaking great games, although 60 hours of Valhalla and nowhere near the end led me to give up on it in pure boredom.
The games are of some educational value, but they are somewhat influenced by ideological biases.

if i didnt already have it myself i would get the Master Assassin Edition $130 reduced to $52 with a $15 off coupon = $37
i think $130 reduced to $37 is a pretty good deal for the best edition of the game
What do you get in the Master Assassin Edition?
I try to get the edition with all DLC because otherwise that's how they get you.
There was a rumour recently that Saudi Arabia was going to pay Ubisoft to do a special DLC for Mirage but not sure if that is real.
its the same as the deluxe edition but with the Master Assassin Pack that contains 4 cosmetic costumes and Bonus Content that looks like a couple of weapons and some more cosmetic dlcs but i cant scroll down the list of content due to my laptop display settings its one of those very rare times where the Bonus Content popup goes below the screen maybe you could have a look for yourself scroll down the page in the link to where it shows Compare Assassin's Creed Mirage Editions
