      250/100 HFC in Sept.

250/100 has been available on FTTP since the beginning.

      • Stuck on FTTC here :(

        • Most of FTTC can swap to FTTP. Have you checked here recently?

          • @Twix: I hadn’t. I had been using retailers websites. Turns out we can upgrade but as a whole as I’m one of 7 on a Body Corp. it would be at least $275 per unit. I doubt my neighbours would go for it…

@sween64: Yeah for seven units you have to put it to a vote with everyone. If there is a majority and you can get the money FTTP goes ahead. If a neighbour still doesn't want FTTP they can decline or get connected in the future.

Does the body corp have a fund for maintenance and upgrades?

  • Pricing for nbn 250/100 $61.93?

Superloop were selling these speeds for $85, but now have increased to $90…

They are only available if you have an ABN.

        100/50 isn't a speed tier. Do you have 1000/50, 100/40 or 100/20?

        • 100/40**

          • @zorodluffy: 100/40 for $85/m is normal price. You can swap to 250/100 now if you have FTTP or wait for the new speed tiers in 4 months.

      • Who is your provider ?
I want to switch as I am paying $85 for 100/40

250/100 $61.93/m was the wholesale price announced in Sept 2024 for Sept 2025. I don't know if the final wholesale price is $61.53/m.

    • I don’t see any providers offering 250/100 most only offer 250/25 and not 100

Launtel, Leaptel and Aussie BB do 250/100 FTTP without an ABN.

Superloop do 250/100 with an ABN.
