    still have survey payments pending since July 2023…and coincidentally 6 May 2024. I wouldn't bother.

    These surveys are below minimum wage. They also didn't pay out until I contacted them.

    @gotyourback Cashback hasn't tracked. Has the challenge closed as it appears but it seems to be closed? It says 1,118 participants currently in my app.

      Just a quick update — the limit for this challenge has now been reached, which is why it’s no longer accessible and has been taken down. Huge thanks for the amazing support and interest!

      If you managed to complete the survey before it closed, the bonus Cashback may take up to 2 days to track — so hang tight!

        This isn't the first time that Shopback has posted a challenge and allowed it to remain open for people to opt-in even though the limit for the survey was reached. Maybe some more proactive monitoring or only allowing xxxx opt-ins and then close the opt-ins once the limit has been reached?
