Good deal, can vouch for the performance. Got to test mine camping a couple of weeks back, peaked at 198W when I got a break in the cloud cover (connected to my Victron, haven't tested with supplied controller).
I was using on a stand I made though, 30 degree angle. Don't know how it would go laying on a windscreen or the ground.
I use on the ground … doesnt reach 198W but still gets around 140ish with a much cheaper 20A atempower controller
Awesome deal at this price. I have one and it also got to about 190 W on a Victron MPPT.

Thanks. Such a shame. Might be possible to attach a flap of stiff thin plastic to the underside of a few of the panels. The angle makes all the difference.
