Click 2m USB Lightning Cable $0.51 (TAS), $1/$2 (VIC/SA), 30W USB & USB-C PD Charger $2 (VIC), $7 Elsewhere in-Store @ Bunnings

390

Bunnings are having a massive clearance on their range of Click phone cables, phone chargers, wireless chargers, powerboards and more with some seriously low prices if you look around. TAS for example has 2 Metre USB-A to Lightning cables as low as 51 cents, while some stores in VIC, NSW and SA are $1-$2. The Click 30W USB-C & USB-A charger previously popular at $3 can be found as low as $2 in VIC.

In my excitement I missed getting a few product codes for $2 2M USB-C to Lightning and USB-A to USB-C cables, as well as $9 wireless chargers and $11 65W USB-C PD chargers. These were found around the lighting/electronics section with cables dotted on shelves around the stores.

Links below will take you to the 'you in stock?' website where you can check the stock and prices of individual stores. I have included examples for each. YMMV.

The travel power board is $25 in VIC, not $17.50. and it can't be used in Japan, not worth it.

The USB C cable and the 30W charger are $7 in other VIC stores. Not attractive.

Well yeah, as per the deal not every store in the country is on sale. Orange tags are national sale prices and the yellow tags (in this deal) are for store specific sales.

Bunnings don't have a price match other stores policy either (before anyone asks).

  • The power point is working fine months after purchase still. Would recommend.
Ive taken my 3x c type.charging cords back for a refund as they all broke through usage over about 3 months. Total trash.
Everything still appears to be $7 in Darwin as well.

How cool would it be if you saw some random person taking a picture of a price tag at your local Bunnings, and then later when you check
Ozbargains, you realised that the random person was a famous member from Ozbargain?
    I say, fairly cool.

I have met OzBargainers at Bunnings before.

Hey, if you were the dude holding a copy of Thai Honey at that Bunnings, then it probably was me.

Edit: ah, you edited your reply.

        • I keep Thai Honey in a box screwed into my car. It enhances the performance.

@Clear: Screw it the bedroom every now and then for real performance enhancement.

@Lizard Spock: I keep a jar of the real thing by the bedside for that.

  • Darn. not sure if I was too slow or it's the reason for the clearance, but Sydney is sold out of the wall charger :(

  • zero in stores around me

  • Lightning cable $17.84 online and in stock Glendale NSW. Kings Meadows the same.

Can you order and pay and get a refund on the difference if they have marked down stock when they pick it for you, or when you get there, which is unlikely unless quick?

    • The $17.84 lightning cable isn't the same. The I/N is different. These deals are instore only and stock/store proces found in the links provided.

      • Thanks. First in first served.

  • wow most expensive item in deal only $2 almost got me leaving the house! (got bunnings nearby)

but now I had some time to calm down. a charger bought at bunnings can't burn down the house right? right??

like aussie safety inspection something something if it's sold at aussie retailer? 🤔

    • Bunnings is worth it for the eye candy…. the tools and the tool tradies.

It would comply with our electrical safety standards so in theory it's safer.

      • yeah I would hope so. probably doesn't apply to marketplace items but will apply to in store ones.
