Not sure if i should wait for potential greater savings down the track, EOFY sales for example, or buy now. Does anyone have experience with Dell monitor sales in the past?

How about a 4K 27" with USB-C (hub, ethernet, PD) , 3 year exchange warranty , half price at $319 del. ?
They say "refurbished", but they are normally open box or brand new. Not like eBay.
