Hope everyone's doing well and finding plenty of reasons to make a coffee and share one too :)
The feedback to the Hacienda Colima in our last deal has been really nice to hear! However, we don't want our spro crew to miss out. So we're stoked to announced an espresso roast of this same coffee. For those who haven't heard of this producer before, they're part of the famed Volcan Azul company. This coffee is arguably one of the better value for money brews I've tasted in a while.
For the filter crew, we've got a CM Natural from Riverdale Estate. Think classic natural before everyone wanted to infuse every piece of fruit they could think of. We always love tasting the consistency from this producer, so we're very glad to welcome them back for the first time this year.
And for those who hate rules, you can always pull espresso with the filter roast and pour overs with the espresso. Anyway…
Last but not least, if your morning brew comes with milk we've got the blends for you. Candid is tasting a little more layered than it has in the past, but don't freak out - it's not an acidic puddle. Alongside this, we've got all the classic blends from AXIL too.
