Dickies Closing Down Sale Orders Shipping?

Has anyone had their order shipped yet?

I jumped in on the first day and made a $300+ purchase. That was 15 days ago. I've yet to receive notification that my order has been shipped.

I contacted support after a week and was told that they had a large number of orders (obviously) and that their warehouse staff weren't coping. I contacted them again yesterday and haven't received a response.

Just wanted to see what others were experiencing. I don't feel great about my $300 sitting inside a company that's going out of business.

Just received a tracking number from Aus Post for my order. Let's hope it contains everything, and that they stood by their offer of a free gift (subject to availability).

Just received an email from Dickies stating that they haven't been able to fulfil part of my order and they will be refunding me for the unsent items.

          My question wasn't about what I bought, or what anyone else bought. My question was about whether anyone else had their order shipped. I'm more than satisfied with the question I asked, and the answers I received. If you want more information, you're of course welcome to ask your own question in your own thread.

                      @jv: Yes, all the items (answers to my question) in this particular set (these comments) were of equal value to me. Therefore, in this case, quantity is better than quality, as the quality of the items are indistinguishable from one another.

    I ordered 29/4 and my order hasn't shipped yet.
    I suppose we could start raising PayPal disputes and chargebacks but id really rather get the stuff I ordered, it would be a sensational deal if it came through.

    Got my delivery today with 2 items missing,
    had tracking from auspost but no email from dickies about a dispatch or out of stock items.

      Damn, that's disappointing. Would be interesting to hear what if any resolution you get from them, and how you achieved it.

      I just received an email from them, after shipping but before receipt of the parcel, saying that they were unable to ship some of my items and that they would be refunding the unsent portion.

    Ordered on the 29th and received yesterday (Thursday the 15th) same as the above, missing 2 items, just sent them off an e-mail about it. I did however get a tote bag which I'm assuming is the free gift.

    Just got mine today as well and ordered on the 29th. Bought three t shirts and one is missing. Surprised that others are having the same issue.

    I got mine yesterday with a similar experience to others - no free gift, 2 missing items, however they also sent me 2 copies of the same jumper.

    Has anyone who’s gotten theirs received tracking from auspost or did the package just turn up to your address?

    I’m worried because I haven’t received any email to say it’s been shipped and I live in an apartment complex where the infamous Auspost would take it straight to a LPO without leaving a card.

      My order was processed on Thursday. I received an email from Dickies and then not long after I received an Auspost tracking email.

    Got a paypal refund, would have been good if it came…but after 22 days enough is enough.
    I was short changed fish fingers earlier this year and have zero patience for this funny business

    They just told someone on Instagram that they are up to 2nd May orders.
