  • This mofo half a meter wide

    • yup not suitable for small kitchen space

  • is it okay that it's relatively shallow?

    • +8

It's not shallow, just has standards.

I have this one, it's been great for us. Does a great job on basically everything we've tried, haven't used the dehydrator or proofing functions yet though.

It feels very wide but does fit sideways in the cupboard under our standard 60cm deep benchtop.

    • Manual warning #6:

When using this appliance, provide at least 6 inches (15.25 cm) of space above and on all sides for air circulation

Does it get hot in the cabinet behind/around your unit?

      • +1

I don't think they're using it inside the cabinet, just storing it there after use.

Just bought one! Had 2x $20 good guys store cash credits so brought the overall price down even more. Opted for Uber delivery for $14 instead of having to go 30mins to a TGG store that has stock.

  • Should be called the Ninja BigBoi

  • In case anyone can't find stock close by. Amazon also has a good price

I bought this back in February and ended up returning it. Its performance wasn’t as good as my old Philips. There’s also no indication that it’s reached the set temperature when the cooking cycle has started. A good deal but YMMV on this particular unit in my opinion.

    • Hey, which large Phillips one did you get instead?

      • Hey, ended up spending more and getting the Philips 7000 HD9875/90 from one of the recent deals - haven't had the chance to fire it up just yet.

  • Tempting but probably way too large. 50cm across is a lot of countertop real-estate.
