Yes, better to use this independent site rather than Finder etc.
Download the latest Private Health Insurance dataset from the government website, load the open hospital policy xml file into Excel, filter on MLS, non-corporate and your state (& ALL states), then sort by premium. Pick the cheapest!
Great to know that the data is published but it's much simpler to just go to https://www.privatehealth.gov.au/, as mentioned above.
Just earn below the threshold.

Ummm what are the restrictions of churning between health covers? Anything like credit cards where you have a 12/24 months period unable to come back. Also for the initial promotions (i.e points or free weeks) do you need to stay with them for a period of time?
