You need to pick the times marked in red, so not Xtreemscren etc. otherwise you'll pay extra. Fees for my local are $1.70/pp. Movie opens May 22 so need to look for tickets on that day onward.

I’ve managed to buy the popcorn and drink without any ticket purchase. It told me an error occurred, but money came out of my account + I have the voucher.
How did you get your voucher for the popcorn/drink? I bought 4 of each and only received a receipt for the movie tickets, but no voucher or receipt for the food.

You need to be at one of the Hoyts physically as the code that appears on the booking machines will randomly change periodically.
It's different at every cinema and it changes every X minutes (I think). It's on that session times screen. So you have to be there when you're ready to buy.
Basically you cannot book unless you physically at cinema and go through their machine to avoid booking fee ?
That’s my understanding. But you don’t have to use their machines, you’re just there for the code. Get the code and you can buy on your phone.
Or if someone gets the code and texts you if you can’t be there, and you complete the purchase before the code changes again.

I believe you need to click out from Uber to get the $1 ticket offer. Direct links won't show the $1 tix when selecting seats anymore.

Download the Hoyts app, go to your booking. Go to manage booking and you should see all the popcorn and drinks there. Enjoy.

I have same issue got one email without listing the popcorn/drink and another email confirmation showing the popcorn and drink but when I click the link prepare my order it directs me to manage my booking page which don't have any option to prepare my order.
How normally this work ?

booked the tickets but it said popcorn and drink was unavailable during the booking process to add into my cart. I called hoyts customer service and they said it is an issue with the system and they will sort it out tomorrow.
Failing that - they said I could redeem the $1 popcorn / drink at the venue.
$1 is probably actually double the cost price popcorn or drink to be fair

Did a quick test, you can select up to 6 offer tickets. It doesn't matter if it's adult or child as the ticket type is just Uber one offer. You might be able to book more than 6 tickets in by splitting to multiple bookings.
