What's the best blend for Long Black, no Milk?
All the blends work for a long black however a favourtie of ours is the Equinox blend.
Equinox is a darker roast with rich, bold flavours like chocolate and butterscotch.

Equinox is a darker roast, rich, bold flavours of chocolate and butterscotch. Perfect if you prefer a strong espresso
Solstice is our signature blend, medium roast with toffee notes. Super velvety and smooth, one of our most popular blends sold!

Just curious does anyone here actually follow the brew guide recommended by the roaster (e.g. 1:1.8, 30s and 21g for Solstice), or do you usually stick with the classic 1:2 ratio with 18g for espresso? Have you noticed a significant difference in flavour or extraction when following the roaster’s guide?
I usually go with 19-20g at a 2:1 ratio (Sette 270 grinder/ Sunbeam em7000)

Depends on what type of coffee experience you're after - a favourite of the Drip team is Equinox which is a darker roast, with bold flavours of chocolate and butterscotch. Perfect if you prefer a strong espresso.
Shame it doesn't include the Tasting pack. Would have been keen to try them all

Unfortunately, our 1kg blends don't come in a resealable bag, but both our 500g and 250g bags do.
Well that’s a shame. Only the 1kg is on sale right? Any chance I could get 2*500g the same price of 1kg?
We acknowledge the inconvenience caused by the 1 kg bags not being resealable and are currently exploring a long-term solution to address this issue.
