+1. Bought an oven from this retailer, listed as brand new box damaged + confirmed by online sales rep. Invoice comes through stating manufacturer refurbished, refused to update invoice despite screenshots of both listing and confirmation from sales rep. Oven turns out to have rust damage, refused to refund since the invoice stated it was manufacturer refurbished.
Fair Trading were useless despite having all the evidence. Will not be buying from this mob again.
I like my carton to be in perfect condition.
Most likely used and you can check hours usage
These tv's are extremely fragile, being effectively a thin pane of glass. I'd never buy an OLED that had not been handled carefully, which this one clearly hasn't.
