Nope nope nope. Avoid this at all costs. Gone through 3 of these now, warranty sucks, customer support sucks. There is a reason this is so cheap, its not worth the stress.

    • This particular model? I have had the T8+ for just over 2 years and dtouch wood been perfect without issue.

I've had a variety of models including this one. Couldn't resist the price. Mapping function didn't work properly, the motors to drive the wheels died and the suction was random.

I feel into the trap of paying $150 to send it back to them for a diagnosis. After I did, I was told it needed several new parts at a total cost of $400. I argued saying it was the cost of a brand new unit. After several emails back and forth they were willing to knock off $80 from a brand new model, so I took the offer.

All up I've had 3 units across 2.5 years. I am currently dealing with my final unit through warranty and they are suggesting the sensor malfunction is outside of warranty, when I asked what is covered they ignore my emails.

Demand a full refund under ACL, no reasonable person would think a vacuum cleaner should need to be repaired/replaced 3 times in 2.5 years.

    • what about N20 ?

      • Mine N8 + went bad in about 15 months and customer service asked $200 just to diagnose the issue itself. Now it just runs for 10 mins and stops. Junk product.

Purchased N10 in Jul 2023, used it over 300 times across over 200 hours runtime. Still working great for me.

I'm in the opposite boat here as I've had absolutely no dramas with mine and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Just checked the cleaning log and it's covered 13016m² for a total of 291hours on carpet and tiles and I don't see it giving in anytime soon.

I've had it for 2 years and only use it every so often when I go out, otherwise I will use a stick vac. And don't expect the mop to be anything special as it just smears water like most I've seen, but it does the job to clean up random messes and if you want a proper mop then that's what steam mops are for.

Just adding another its been ok for me for the N10. I treat it poorly too, bad at changing filters and emptying the catcher, poor little thing.
However it could be true their support is bad if you have issues shrug I've never used.

Bought in Nov 2023, I use it mostly with a daily run on the main tiled areas. Adhoc on carpets. Threw the mop away immediately, thats a joke.
Only thing that has changed over its life, in certain turning or reversing it has an occasional squeak now.. like a belt might be loose. I probably should look at it, however refer to first line.

As for performance, I still steam mop myself. Before, when I vacumed prior myself, I would get crud build up of bits I missed. N10, doing the job and I never seen even a hint. Beats me hands down.

      Stats lets see
      21,353 m2 cleaned, 334h runtime and 453 times.

I was looking at what I might move to when this eventual dies.. but for $300. Could stay with it.

  • Any recommendations for a robovacc in the same price range?

  • Is this any good at sucking up fresh cow poo? How many would it do before it gets full?

    • Might need to fork out for a snorter for that shtuff.

  • bought as new on 2022 but started to use Oct 2023. Until now still ok, only make some loud noise when running.
