Cashrewards - Unable to Withdraw Cashback Due to an Unexpected Error

I'm trying to withdraw my already approved cashback from my Cashrewards account, but it shows an error page after I enter the amount and click on Confirm and withdraw.
I thought it was a temporary system issue, so I waited for 4 days, but it still gave me the same "unexpected error" when I tried again today.
I have contacted Member Services on Monday, but I haven't got any reply yet.
Does anyone else have the same issue with withdrawal from Cashrewards?

I still can't withdraw due to this "unexpected" SMS verification issue. Cashrewards' Member Services only replied me with a copy-pasted email, after I had been waiting for over a week after I submitted the support ticket.
I think I have to give up on Cashrewards, and use ShopBack or TopCashback instead.

    It says to contact 'Member Services'.

  • I've found in the past you couldn't withdraw the whole balance, you actually have to withdraw 1 cent less.

    So if you have $10.01 available to withdraw try withdrawing only $10.00 and see if that works.

    edit - I didn't look at your screenshot before I posted this, it looks like a different error to the one I used to get.

      Nope, I just withdrew all and it worked fine.

      • I haven't had a balance with Cashrewards for months so they may have fixed it now.

    • Yes, I also got E1002 when I tried to change my phone number. I tried changing my phone number because it seemed to be an issue with Cashrewards sending OPT to my mobile, but I got E1002 when I tried that.

              Mine is still not working. Member Services only replied me with an email saying that they were still investigating this issue.

  • This error has happened to me since the start of May. Never had issues with Cashrewards before.

        I just tried again, and still got the same error.

        • Same. I've lodged an enquiry with Member Services.. hopefully they can fix the issue or do a manual withdrawal.

          I'll keep updating this post.

          • @AkuroPlays: I got this reply from Cashrewards today:
            "We’re currently aware of an issue affecting the delivery of verification SMS messages, and our team is actively investigating this with priority. I understand how frustrating this must be, and I truly appreciate your patience while we work on a fix."
            But I believe that there are multiple SMS issues happening at the moment, for example I saw some people complained about not receiving any verification SMS, while some other people experienced receiving the same wrong 6 digits again and again in verification SMS. I'm not sure if the Member Services was referring to the right one.
